APPLICATION
•Silicone suction and delivery hose designed for handling high purity fluids and
cosmetic products. Designed for heavy-duty application.
•Normally used in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes; particularly suitable
under vacuum conditions where good mechanical resistance is required.
CONSTRUCTION
Inner tube: Translucent silicone rubber (Silicone), clear color, odour and taste-free, smooth, mirror-like finish.
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic textile plies, embedded steel helix wire in SS AISI 304.
Cover: Translucent silicone rubber (Silicone), clear color, odour and taste-free, smooth, glossy finish.
Temp. Range: -60°C and 200°C. Sterilisation with steam at +135°C, at 3.5 bar for max 90 min.
Sterilisation with hot air at +200°C, for max 30 min.
Certification: USP Class VI, EU Pharmacopeia, UNI EN ISO 10993, FDA Standards, Italian D.M. 21/03/73.

表層：硅膠 (Silicone)，半透明，白色，無臭味，無味道，平滑，光滑表面。
•溫度范圍：-60°C 至 200°C
•工作壓力：可進行不超過90 分鐘溫度達135°C蒸汽消毒, 壓力為3.5 bar。
可進行不超過30 分鐘溫度達200°C熱風消毒。
•質量標準：通過 USP Class VI，EU Pharmacopeia (3.1.9)認證，UNI EN ISO 10993,意大利D.M.21/03/73食品級認證；符合FDA標準。
